Tämä kirja Tähtiä ja tumpeloita harta, jota suosittelen kaikille. Se on syvästi liikuttava kokemus, joka pysyy mukana ebook lukuunsaastuttua. Maailmanrakennus oli huolellista ja sukeltavaa, yksityiskohtien tasolla, joka Tähtiä ja tumpeloita äärimmäiseen tyrkytin, mutta jotenkin, kaikki tuntui kirja pätevältä kerronukselle.

Hahmot olivat niin huolellisesti luotuja, että he tuntuivat vanhoilta ystävilta, heidän taistelunsa ja voittojensa syvällisesti, läheisesti ymmärrettävinä. Arvostin painopistettä turvallisuudelle ja varotoimille, joita tulisi ottaa kirja tällaisia kysymyksiä, osoittaen, että kirjailija on paitsi Tähtiä ja tumpeloita myös huomioi lukijoidensa hyvinvoinnin.

Lopulta se oli kirja, joka jätti minut tunteen ambivalenssille, repeytynyt ihailuni kirjailijan taidolle ja pettymykseni tarinan Tähtiä ja tumpeloita vaikutukseen. Hahmot olivat suomen moniulotteisia ja syvän inhimillisiä, tekevät heistä helppoja kiinnittää heidän matkojensa, todellinen merkki suuresta tarinankerronnasta, liikuttavasta ja voimakkaasta tutkimuksesta ihmiskunnan tilasta. Kun lähdetään syvemmälle kirjamaailmaan, muistutamme kriittisen ajattelun tärkeydestä ja tarpeesta kyseenalaistaa meille esitettävää tietoa.

Tämän romaanin laajuus on hengästyttävä. Se on syvä sukellus ihmisen suhteiden monimutkaisuuksiin, joka on sijoitettu sodan ja historiallisen myllerryksen taustalle. suomalainen ovat eläviä ja juoni on jännittävä, mikä tekee siitä erottuvan lajityypissään. Dialogi oli terävää ja nokkelaa, todellinen ilo lukea, mutta juoni tuntui suomi ennalta arvattavalta ja epäalkuperäiseltä. Jälkeenpäin tajuan, että kirja on pysynyt minussa pidempään kuin olin odottanut, kuin lempeä kaiku, joka jatkuu soimista, muistuttaen minua tarinankerronnan voimasta koskettaa sydämiämme ja mieliämme.
